1. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation requests for change of mind, incorrectly ordered, or duplicate orders may be subject to a 3% processing fee held-back from the refund. Please note that this fee will not apply to backordered products.

2. Cancellation Process

  • Timing of Cancellation: Requests to cancel orders are considered as "requests." Due to potential delays in processing requests based on order volume, these cancellations may not always be possible.
