1. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation requests for change of mind, incorrectly ordered, or duplicate orders may be subject to a 3% processing fee held-back from the refund. Please note that this fee will not apply to backordered products.
2. Cancellation Process

Timing of Cancellation: Requests to cancel orders are considered as "requests." Due to potential delays in processing requests based on order volume, these cancellations may not always be possible.

Review and Acceptance: If you submit a cancellation request, it must be reviewed by an associate who will determine the options that can be extended at that time. It's important to note that emailing or calling in a request does not automatically provide acceptance or review.

3. Address Changes
- Request and Verification: Requests to change or correct an address after an order is placed are subject to review and approval. Providing the correct address during the order placement is essential to avoid any issues. In some cases, we may request ID verification to validate a request. This is part of our internal security protocol and is non-negotiable.
4. Order Modifications
- Adding, Removing, or Adjusting Items: Requests to add to an order, remove item(s) from an order, or adjust quantities may or may not be accommodated after an order is placed. We recommend carefully reviewing your cart before submitting your order to avoid the need for modifications.
