At 4 Wheeling Plus, we strive to ensure a smooth shipping process and aim to provide you with your orders in a timely manner. Please review the information below regarding our shipping policies and procedures.

Order Processing and Shipping

  • Order Fulfillment: Most complete orders placed before 12 noon Central Standard Time (CST) will be sent to our warehouse the same day and shipped out within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Back Orders: If a product is not immediately available for shipping, it may be placed on back order and shipped as soon as it becomes available.

  • Extended Delays: If there is an extended delay in shipping your order, we will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed.

Business Days and Third Party Fulfillment

  • Business Days: Weekends or holidays are NOT considered "business days."

  • Third Party Fulfillment: We utilize third-party fulfillment for some orders, which may result in quicker delivery to customers.

Shipping Carriers and Transit Times

  • Carrier Selection: We utilize carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, and other regional shipping carriers. We reserve the right to use any combination of carriers for shipments.

  • Transit Times: Delivery time varies based on several factors, including the origin and destination of the shipment, carrier, and service level. The quoted ship time is in business days from when the shipment is tendered to the carrier.

Non-Guaranteed Ground Shipment Transit Times

  • Ground Shipments: While ground shipment transit times typically take 3-5 days, they are not guaranteed. In some cases, shipping carriers may experience extended delivery times, which are beyond our control.

Shipping to Specific Locations

  • Apartments/Mail Centers/Freight Forwarders: Providing these as delivery addresses is at your own risk, and we will not be liable for any loss or theft.

Free Standard Ground Shipping

  • Eligibility: Orders must meet a combined total of $149.00 or more after discounts to qualify for Free Standard Ground Shipping.

  • Exclusions: Free shipping offers do not apply to oversized items, truck freight items, or items with additional handling charges.

Damaged/Lost/Missing Shipments

  • Reporting Damage/Loss: If you receive a damaged item, the wrong item, or the wrong quantity, please contact us immediately within 5 calendar days of order delivery.

  • Lost Packages: Lost packages must be reported within 15 days of the original ship date.

UPS My Choice and FedEx Delivery Manager

  • UPS My Choice: Sign up for UPS My Choice

    UPS My Choice gives you a new level of flexibility and control over home deliveries. The free membership offers you free delivery alerts and an approximate delivery time, and allows you to authorize shipment release. It will also allow you to deliver the package to a UPS Access Point® location, reschedule a delivery, or deliver the shipment to another address (these features may incur fees). The My Choice program is based off of your home address as well as your online UPS account.

    4 Wheeling Plus is not liable for any fees or penalties incurred from UPS My Choice including but not limited to reroute, scheduling, or change of address fees. If a customer waives their right to sign for their package through My Choice, UPS and 4 Wheeling Plus are not liable if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged. If a customer changes the delivery location or date for their package through My Choice, UPS and 4 Wheeling Plus are no longer liable for previous guaranteed delivery dates.

  • FedEx Delivery Manager: Sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager

    By signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager at fedex.com/delivery, customers can receive notification of FedEx Express and FedEx Ground packages en route to their homes, and can choose various delivery options. Sign up is free. Some options, including scheduling deliveries for a specific date, or time, or to another address are available for a nominal fee. Customers can also actively track and manage the deliveries en route to or from their home without a tracking number or even a FedEx account.

    4 Wheeling Plus is not liable for any fees or penalties incurred from FedEx Delivery Manager including but not limited to reroute, scheduling, or change of address fees. If a customer waives their right to sign for their package through Delivery Manager, FedEx and 4 Wheeling Plus are not liable if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
